In my 7 yrs, it’s been a good experience. Office staff has been friendly, maintenance repairs have been in a timely manner. Friendly neighbors! My favorite part is it’s convenient to everything.
I have lived here for nine years. We have new management every time you turn around the management that we have now keeps putting letters on my door with false information such as saying, I have not paid for my dogs deposite on the application, which I have and i proved it now they’re saying that I was late on my rent and I was not I have never been late on my rent. I’ve lived at Windsor Downs for a few years, and I must say the community has improved a lot over time. From the friendly office staff to the dependable maintenance crew, everything has gotten better. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly and on time, which makes a big difference. Kendra and Ally in the office are very welcoming and great to work with—they truly care about the residents. I would definitely recommend Windsor Downs to anyone looking for a place to call home.
Very nice properties and very nice people. The ladies at the front desk were very patient with me and walked me through step by step to get into the apartment. I couldn't be more happy with my new home.
I will say this place has gotten a lot better over time. Many people have come and gone in the leasing office, but we now have a set of ladies who are truly sweethearts. They greet you with respect and are always on top of maintenance requests. Jesse, the maintenance guy, is very knowledgeable and does a fast, professional job every time. The only thing I wish is that we had more amenities—but overall, I’m happy with the improvements here.
