She was so understanding, patient, and compassionate about my situation.She made me feel comfortable and reassured me that everything would be okay. Her kindness and willingness to listen really stood out to me. It’s refreshing to have someone who treats residents with respect. I truly appreciate Kendra and the excellent customer service she provides.
