No type of customer service , these people are forgetting without residents you have NO JOB they treat people who are PAYING to live in these places like we aren't the ones paying !! The level of customer service is trash trash trash ,
I go to office 3 time to rants the apartment there have two her they talking so bad with customer not respect please everyone don’t go to there
Rude staff, all apartments have bugs, moved in less than 2 weeks ago already dealing with roaches. Don’t live here. Dumpster constantly full, people here are slobs leave trash every where, broken glass in the ground, cigarillo wrappers, condoms, tampons. Seen it all here. A/C units constantly leak onto the carpet causing mildew and mold smell. Management will not work with you on times and will not provide time estimates.
