I have been living here for 3 years. It has been so much better since the new company has taken over. The staff is very helpful and the property is in better shape. I LOVE IT
The staff is very professional, kind, caring and loving. All of my questions are fully answered via phone or in person...I love the 2 ladies a d the manager. They have gone out of their way to help me get a place to live... I thank Holy Father God for this and them... The customer service is outstanding.

The management is great, especially Kendra! She’s been very friendly and helpful both while I was in the process of signing the lease and even now. She’s always sure to answer any questions very detailed. I highly recommend these apartments!
Great experience so far at Vetra Providence! Ally in the office has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process — consistent communication, follow-through, and she truly made the move-in process feel smooth and stress-free. I also want to highlight maintenance for coming out on a Sunday during winter weather. They were professional, pleasant, and very responsive. Overall, the staff has been kind, welcoming, and supportive. Thank you! Highly recommend.
