The 2 women that work in the office are very nice and always treat me with respect. I have been living here for 18 years and these 2 are the best. I wish they would get the parking spot painted again because they have gone away and people just park everywhere
Please avoid at all cost. Since new ownership all trees that provided a since of privacy and safety has been cut. It’s wide open. We have no peace here at all the new ownership team keeps having to enter our units like every two weeks sometime they have up to 12 people with them all Inside your unit while you are away. No respect for peace or privacy. You would think if the holidays coming up they would at least allow people peace during these times of stress and vulnerability. First I’d like to commend the 2 ladies in the front office here Ally and Kendra they have been here somewhere around 2 months or so they do a fantastic job well done ladies I’ve not had any problems to speak of that wasn’t handled in a timely fashion I’m sure the time may b altered depending on emergencies but that’s like all other places however my situations r always took care of. The worst place I've leased from in Tennessee. I have had ongoing harassment issues with neighbors over unassigned parking to office personnel blatantly lying about things that have happened. The people who reside and work here are miserable and if you're a happy person it won't fly. If it's broken forget about it. My ac was down during a heatwave, they took more than a week to fix it. In my 7 yrs, it’s been a good experience. Office staff has been friendly, maintenance repairs have been in a timely manner. Friendly neighbors! My favorite part is it’s convenient to everything.
