Had the initial appointment with Dr Albert. From the get go it was a brilliant experience. Checked in at reception with a super happy and helpful lady (sorry forgot the name). Dr Albert put me at ease. Went through the procedure in detail, afterwards detailed the options and fielded questions in a very respectful manner, then detailed the next steps. Couldn't be happier with the appointment and follow up process. Highly recommended as explained everything in plain and simple English in a very empathetic manner. Thanks all.
