This is the best bus company ever! Tony our driver was absolutely amazing. Our bus with another company cancelled last minute and Windsor Cruze was able to send us a ride in 20 minutes and saved our night! I would 100% recommend
The driver was amazing, who ever runs the show was terrible. There was something oily or greasy on the seats and stained a mark on the bridesmaid’s butt on her dress. The A/C did not work and was hot inside the limo. The driver did his best to accommodate for us. When reaching out to the customer service lady that organized everything was terrible at reaching back to us with the issues we had and would say they would clean the bridesmaid dress and basically ghosted me when trying to organize a cleaning for the dress.
