Five years in.. can't imagine my daily routine without it. By far the most welcoming, supportive fitness community in Windsor, regardless of skill or fitness level.

I think I've been going here for about 13 years now? I still can't wait to get there every day. The atmosphere, the friends, the coaches. It's my home, away from home. Leave all your worries at the door and get 1% better every day.
