Owners are rude, their English is hardly English, they do not care about the park or it's tenants. Only thing they care about is receiving money once a month. The raised the water, garbage, and sewer continuously. Their office hours are ridiculous. The office closes early and it is almost impossible for you to get a hold of them over the phone. Don't live here.
