I would like to give a big thank you to Jose pinto! I have lived in my apartment for almost four years, and during that time the paint on my bathtub started peeling badly. Thanks to Jose from the maintenance team, the issue was finally taken care of. He took the time to inspect the problem, followed through, and made sure my bathtub was properly fixed. If I could give no stars I would. I'll keep this as brief as possible bc if not I'll write a book. I lived here for 6 years (just moved out, thank God!).10 break ins to my car alone, not counting neighbors who had windows broken as well. Management does absolutely nothing at all, simply tells you to call the police. Even if you're a lease holder you can't get a resident parking sticker if you have out of state plates. I rented and lived in the Windsor Court....Castle Blvd Apt Silver Spring MD. Zero customer service and the staff are arrogant and disrespectful to tenants. In the apartment, rodents were part and parcel of daily life. Rodents roaming in and out of the apartment daily. Sometimes the rodents would jump on top of your bed. My girlfriend left me because of that bad experience!!! Worst of all...the manager and management had a policy regarding residents parking in the complex. I had rental car while living there.
