I rented and lived in the Windsor Court....Castle Blvd Apt Silver Spring MD. Zero customer service and the staff are arrogant and disrespectful to tenants. In the apartment, rodents were part and parcel of daily life. Rodents roaming in and out of the apartment daily. Sometimes the rodents would jump on top of your bed. My husband was taking the trash out (trash room In the hallway) in boxers and accidentally locked the door. Our 1 year old baby was inside the house and a pot on the stove. The baby was already screaming crying realizing my husband stepped out. From work, I called this leasing office if they can please send someone to open the door and they FLAT OUT REFUSED.
