I have Dr. Williams as my Dr. I think he is awesome. He's always available when I need him. He really listens to my health concerns. He is patient and kind. I consider myself lucky to have him. Tracy is great. Always gets back to me.
Dr. Alyssa Roy is the best doctor I have ever had. She is caring, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of, even calling in the evening or on days off to let me know about test results. I've appreciated her care over the past couple of years immensely. Staff are always quick to respond to requests through Pomelo as well and are appreciated.
Staff is unfriendly and unkind, mostly as a result of the office manager. The standard of care is low and the staff can be abrasive, defiant and standoffish.
My brother Paul Holt is lying. He never took any part in my father’s care. He had absolutely nothing to do with his father and choose not to visit. I had nursing care set up for my father. He was extremely happy and well cared for at home. Amanda MacDonald lied and created a false report. Not only should she be condemned, she deserves to lose her medical license.
