I called 26 times from 12:20 PM till 3 PM when they close not once any of those 26 times did anybody on the other end pick up. I should not have had to call 26 times to just try and book an appointment. And still not even get an answer on the other end. I find it very hard to believe that the phones were busy for a solid three hours straight. Absolutely beyond. I guess I will start as soon as you open tomorrow maybe I’ll actually get through
Front desk staff and Doctor(s) sub par. Booked half the day off work and drove an hour for my apt. only to be told it has to be rescheduled once I arrived. They did not call to inform me, they did email, however I was almost in Windsor by the time the email was sent. This is also not the first time this has taken place. Not to mention the poor standard of care often provided. If it weren't so difficult to get a new family Doctor, I would most definitely not continue to receive care from the practice.
I have Dr. Williams as my Dr. I think he is awesome. He's always available when I need him. He really listens to my health concerns. He is patient and kind. I consider myself lucky to have him. Tracy is great. Always gets back to me.
Dr. Alyssa Roy is the best doctor I have ever had. She is caring, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of, even calling in the evening or on days off to let me know about test results. I've appreciated her care over the past couple of years immensely. Staff are always quick to respond to requests through Pomelo as well and are appreciated.
