Andrea was the first helpful chrysler employee I have spoken with while trying to transfer a leased vehicle. 5 other dealerships completely dismissed me until Andrea took the time to look my vehicle up, send me to the right dealership to process the transfer and walk me through the next steps to get the take-over done. She did all of this knowing fully that the transfer wouldn’t even be processed at her dealership.
