This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Stay FAR away from this dealership, especially the manager Rony Brandi. We were flat out lied to about the overall price of the vehicle. Once the vehicle was ready the price of the vehicle increased by $10,000. When he called us to talk about the car he yelled at my wife and I and threatened us with sending and officer after us. DO NOT TRUST WINDSOR CHRYSLER – DISHONEST AND IRRESPONSIBLE I purchased a Mercedes-Benz E400 Coupe from Windsor Chrysler on January 26, 2024, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. The vehicle was sold to me as “certified and safe to drive,” but within 30 days, it started overheating dangerously and had a malfunctioning handbrake—clear safety issues that should have never passed a proper inspection.
