Simion Surubariu is hands down the best car salesmen I've ever dealt with. Simion went out of his way for me on numerous occasion during the car buying process, including personally delivering my vehicle to me all the way out in Kingsville. This man is honest and doesn't play games. He simply wants you to be informed and for you to get the best deal possible. I would highly recommend his services and the Windsor Chrysler dealership in general!
Worst customer experience in my life. Sales manager Sean has major issues. Smirking getting annoyed and be condescending. Eye rolling and absolutely unprofessional. The dealership has had my car for almost two months with no fix in site. Threatens to take my rental even thou the dealership has no part to play in this. We had a fantastic experience at Windsor Chrysler! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Marcus and Ronnie. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. They were easy to work with, answered all our questions, and truly went above and beyond. We absolutely love our new 2025 Dodge Durango R/T. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Marcus and Ronnie if you're looking for top-notch service.
Been dealing with Len Sagullo there now for years. Have purchased our last 3 vehicles from him. A 2008 Chrysler 300 (Silver), a 2015 Jeep Wrangler (Hydro Blue), and a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee (with a hemi). These have all been great experiences, and these cars have served us well. Thanks Len!
