I would give zero if I could for the service department. It wasn’t even my vehicle, I was helping a family member out. Her vehicle wouldn’t start (still under the bumps to bumper warranty). That’s not the issue. The battery had full voltage (I checked). The issue was likely electrical or the PTU (a known issue). They call me day and night, 7AM, 9PM, no hour is sacred to these people. What's baffling is that I have never been their customer. Ever. They're looking for someone else. I have told them REPEATEDLY already that they have a wrong number, and to leave me alone, but they still insist on calling me. I've had to file a complaint against them with the DNC, and if the harassment continues, I will have to escalate it further. When someone tells you that you have a wrong number, STOP CALLING THEM!
In the past year I have had two negative experiences with the service department. Although the car was purchased from another dealership, I have always used this dealership for my service.
