They call me day and night, 7AM, 9PM, no hour is sacred to these people. What's baffling is that I have never been their customer. Ever. They're looking for someone else. I have told them REPEATEDLY already that they have a wrong number, and to leave me alone, but they still insist on calling me. I've had to file a complaint against them with the DNC, and if the harassment continues, I will have to escalate it further. When someone tells you that you have a wrong number, STOP CALLING THEM!
In the past year I have had two negative experiences with the service department. Although the car was purchased from another dealership, I have always used this dealership for my service. I took my 19 yr old daughter to Windsor Chrysler to look at a used vehicle. We were pleasantly greeted by Sim who could not have been more accommodating! 5 vehicles in 3 yrs tells you I only deal with windsor chrysler. Nolan Miller never loses a deal to any dealership. He will beat anyone i go to for a quote. He just earned my business on a 2025 pacifica I was sure he couldn't beat my other deal. He is great. Along with Sean Harris the Manager.
