Never, have I ever, been spoken to so utterly inappropriately and patronizingly. I have developed a severe case of hives and swelling accompanied by profuse itching that caused me to sustain multiple days of unaccounted work as the state of my condition was debilitating. Doctor is fine, except she prescribed medication that was a cost to me when she could've prescribed another that would've been no cost to me. Found out too late. Cost me $60. There is a really rude guy on their staff with an Indian accent who got hysterical bcoz I had to reschedule an appointment a second time.... he kept accusing me of rescheduling a 3rd time ... his math is off and he was unpleasant .... had the gall to lecture me when I had perfectly legitimate reasons for doing so. I ended up canceling.
