Yesterday, I had a problem with the front passenger window of my car. The front window track snapped. I could not open or close it. I called windsor body works today and they said to bring it right in for an estimate. Only 2 1/2 hours later, my window was like new again. Everyone was so pleasant and willing to help from the technician to the girls up front. I will recommend them again. Thank you so much. 5 stars for sure.
Great customer service from Sarah! She is so helpful and kind and made this process so much easier and stress free.
Rude and unhelpful reception staff, and offhand i don't care attitude when they answer the phone. Repeated miscommunication about vehicle statuses, one is fine twice is LYING! Don't get work done here they string you along and management WILL NOT call you back.
