We have dealt with Windsor Body Works before but our last experience to book an appointment was terrible. They were outright rude to my wife and when my adjuster called they were rude to him as well. Cancelled my appointment as I don't think anyone should be disrespectful to others.
Work that was done was done well but would not return, customer service was not reliable and no accountability when issues arose
Well done job was a perfect match, very pleased friendly, knowledgeable staff and job finished sooner.
when I need some work done for my car, I searched online and "Windsor Body Works" came up. I have to say my experience there was great. First, people working there are very nice (Mekayla, Natalia, Tammy, Mohammed, Vanessa, just to name a few), they got the things done as expected. They even did something extra (putting license plate bracket on front of the vehicle) without charging me for it.
