The products are good, but the customer service needs improvement. When customers are spending hundreds of dollars in a store, they should be greeted with a friendly attitude and treated with respect. Unfortunately, the staff member I dealt with did not seem welcoming and appeared annoyed. A smile and positive interaction go a long way. I hope the customer service experience improves in the future

Good store, a good variety of beauty supplies to choose from and not busy. Prices are a bit high compared to Sally beauty.
