We are in the process of planning our wedding with them for December 2026 and it’s been booked for some time. They are SO hard to reach and get a response from. They’ve gone through some personnel changes since we initially booked but since the first day, communication is really a big pain point for them. Hoping things improve and I’m sure the wedding will come together wonderfully—maybe just pause before booking if you’re looking for someone who communicates well.
There are literally not enough words to describe our experience at Windsor Ballroom. The absolute wedding of our dreams. Everything went soooo smoothly. All day, every time we turned around there was someone near by to get us anything we needed. They made sure we ate! They made sure we were hydrated! The Windsor Ballroom was an absolutely exceptional venue for our daughter's Quinceañera! From our initial contract negotiations to the meticulous preparation leading up to the event, and the seamless service throughout the party, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Words can’t express how much we appreciate everything this venue has done for my husband and I for our wedding!!!! They all went above and beyond Anjelica, Maria, and Amber!!! The food was amazing!!! The set up was perfect!!! All and every detail they made it everything and more!!! We highly recommend!!! Thank you all so much for making our dream wedding come true!!!
