This review was a long time coming—I meant to post it when I was in there a while ago. I was recommended to book my car in here by a friend although after this experience, I’m starting to question that friendship. When I called, I spoke to an elder lady named Jodie or Judy (I’m not quite sure), whose phone manner left a lot to be desired. I wanted to disconnect the call and contact another dealer. Great place. No nonsense. Guys were very friendly.
I had some work done last month. Thought it had a problem again and these guys are like. No worries bring it back in and we’ll take a look. Turns out I think it’s a user error (funny seat switch) not a repair fault. So I can happily let them know it’s working fine.
Quite literally a joke of a mechanical shop, how this business is still running is concerning. Call to ask about the repairs carried out on my vehicle and was told to call else where, all I asked for was a copy of an invoice and the bloke on the phones reply was “ahh ahh, I can’t do that you’ll have to call the smash repairer I can’t give it to you, ahh actually my systems down at the moment”. Partner went here 5 times in a time span of 8 months for the same issue. Was charged upwards of $800 and then her car continued to fail her pink slip. Took it to another place and they fixed in within 3 hours for $100…..
