We stayed at Windsor for 1 year and recently moved out. Overall it was a great experience. The location was nice and next to a lake. rent was competitive. And the dog park was a huge bonus for us. Marcus and his team were straightforward in communication. They were also fair and didn’t charge us exorbitant fees at move out. Of course there were issues, apartments were not the newest but that’s reflected in the price. 4.5/5 would recommend!
I’ve been in this community since 10/2024. I’m very happy with the way I’ve been treated by maintenance (Paolo - professional, knowledgeable, and communicative) and the property manager (Marcus - understanding, communicative, professional, and fair). This is a lovely community, lots of trees, dog and kid friendly. The dog park and lake with walking path are added bonuses!
Terrible management falling apart no one responds to problems
I have lived in this community since 2021 and plan to renew through 2026. While here I have lived in two units 2/1 and 3/2 (with my sister) I have been beyond impressed with this property. Maintance has responded to all of my request often same day but always with in 24 hours. The property manger Marcus on more than one occasion made time to speak with me and took my concerns into consideration. Include request for events and equipment for the gym. Worst community for living I’ve experienced ever. Absolutely no care for residents, and they keep deleting low reviews. I had bad experience when I moved to Windsor, which I detailed explained in my initial review , but for now I can’t see it. New management Marcus and new staff is absolutely non-professional. It’s been twice already I went to office to clarify very basic things, they even were not able to find that information in their portal.
