I moved here from Arizona. Finding out central air is not common in the PNW was very different. The added A/C unit was very nice along with controlled access to the building. Overall a great place to call home

Wanted to echo the kudos for Monica, she's been so great during our move in process. Jason is fantastic and fixed our light issue quickly. We are enjoying our unit and the building is very quiet.

Jason, their maintenance person, has come by a few times since we moved in. He’s very polite and efficient and can make good conversation while he works. We moved into an apt with all new appliances (yay) but some had not been hooked up completely/properly, and he got them all in working order for us. The front desk people also checked in with us to make sure everything got fixed. :)
