Being sick is hard on the patient and the family. Windsor Arbor treated us all with respect and tended to all our needs. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. The activities were fun and kept the patients engaged. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their services.

The nurses were awesome and the cna's were great also some went above and beyond never made me feel uncomfortable Therapy team was also awesome they never pushed me they worked with me if I wasn't feeling it still did my excercises but at my pace thank you all

I am very grateful for the exceptional care and compassion provided by the staff at this nursing home. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely concerned about the well-being of the residents. Management has been dismissive and disrespectful toward staff, and there are ongoing issues with a lack of necessary supplies. The facility also has a serious cockroach infestation that does not appear to be properly addressed. Instead of taking accountability and resolving these concerns, management seems more focused on covering themselves.
