We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Arborview’s staff truly stands out for their professionalism and heartfelt compassion, creating a warm and supportive environment. The only area that could use improvement is the food quality. Enhancing the variety and taste would significantly elevate the overall resident experience.

It's crucial that this facility is held accountable for the neglect of its elderly residents, and an undercover investigation would be a vital step in ensuring their safety and well-being. Sadly, some residents, like my mom, are unable to speak out for themselves.
Cna staff was the best they knew more about the patient (my father) than the nurses did Social worker (amanda) the worst no bedside manners like it was a bother for you to have any questions even making remarks as if the patient didn’t participate in physical therapy they had to go or medicare will kick them out. Theres other professional or proper words that can be used even confronted me about me having an issue with her. My mom had a month stay here for a broken pelvis. They did an amazing job making sure she had the right therapy and the whole staff was awesome! The CNAs, the LVNs and DON, the admissions department, the activities department, the therapists, the dietitians and everyone in between were excellent! My mother walked out of there doing so much better and having had a wonderful experience! Thank you Windsor Arbor View!
