I picked this animal hospital because of all the good reviews. So, I call in and ask a few questions about my puppy. They basically sold me over the phone. I'm thinking this was just to get me in the office as a client. However, I get there and I had a long wait. Also, all the information I was given over the phone was very misleading and it did not happen when I came into the office. The staff is amazing!! We love our vet and can't imagine going anywhere else. They go above and beyond to take care of our pets.
