After one horrible emergency vet visit I had to come on here and say how thankful we are for finding New England Veterinary Center. We brought our boy Buddy in today for some lethargic abnormal behavior. New England Veterinary Center was prompt and addressed all our concerns. We were so satisfied with the staff. Our boy is home resting! We can't thank you guys enough.
My dog Stormi had a bone stuck to her back tooth I went in there mind you i live in Springfield and took care of her right away . Everyone was very professional but empathetic to the situation. I would not go anywhere else . My Stormi is one happy puppy.
0/10 experience both times i've been here for an emergency. front desk staff has no sense of urgency nor the vets. kept my poor baby way longer than needed with no explanation or information given. I have lived in this town my whole life and not one person I know has had a good experience there. beyond unorganized and can easily tell they're just siphoning money out of your pockets. Honestly don't know how or why you guys are still open, you guys suck- do better 🤷♀️
Brought my dogs in an a Sunday, quickly taken in and seen, vet on staff very knowledgeable and very nice
