Both of my children are patients; one of Dr Che and one of Dr J Liem. Always friendly and thorough and providing answers when our regular dr isn’t available or able.
We’ve been seeing Dr. Liam for over 19 years, and he has been wonderful with all three of my kids. He’s incredibly thorough, and his staff is just as amazing—kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and always in great spirits. One of the things I appreciate most is the peaceful atmosphere, especially the Christian music they play.
I’ve been dealing with hives for 2 months now, I’ve narrowed it down to a couple different foods and told them what they were, they added those foods to the test and when the girl read the results and I had reacted to them I asked what it was and sure enough it was what I thought. After waiting 30 for Dr Liem sr to come in the room he said everything was negative 🤨 and I had zero allergies. Yet if I eat wheat, yeast and sesame I break out in hives. Horrible customer service from the receptionists, they are argumentative, disrespectful, do not have any idea how to treat patients, I had the worse experience with Dr. Zinganeh’s receptionist & Dr. Liem’s receptionist. Every time I have an appointment they look miserable, do not even look at people to talk to them at their arrival, they do not say good morning or have a nice day , all of them should be replaced by people that have empathy, good customer service and know how to treat people with respect.
