I’ve been dealing with hives for 2 months now, I’ve narrowed it down to a couple different foods and told them what they were, they added those foods to the test and when the girl read the results and I had reacted to them I asked what it was and sure enough it was what I thought. Horrible customer service from the receptionists, they are argumentative, disrespectful, do not have any idea how to treat patients, I had the worse experience with Dr. Zinganeh’s receptionist & Dr. Liem’s receptionist. Every time I have an appointment they look miserable, do not even look at people to talk to them at their arrival, they do not say good morning or have a nice day , all of them should be replaced by people that have empathy, good customer service and know how to treat people with respect. Dr. Zanganeh is an absolutely wonderful Dr.
Everyone was extremely pleasant - from the staff in the parking lot to the security guard, receptionists and Drs. Would recommend if needing bloodwork or allergy related work. Lots of parking available as well, so bonus for that 👍
Dr. Zanganeh is great. Would 100% recommend him as an allergist.
