I am understanding that things happen, but yesterday was an absolute mess here. Apparently the computer system was down or struggling. It happens. However, the situation was managed terribly. The waiting room was overflowing. People were waiting for hours. I did not have the luxury of giving Windsong hours of my time. The attitude from the woman at the first desk was a lot. The idea that people are expected to sit there and wait all day is absurd
Quick and courteous. Very clean offices and exam rooms.
