I hate giving 2 stars...the front staff are amazing, the technical staff awesome as well. Clean inviting atmosphere.......BUT.....this is the 2nd time at Hamburg for me & 1 time at Williamsville for my husband in a month. ALL 3 REPORTS NOT READ WITHOUT ME CALLING OR GOING THERE. This last time I called, next day went to get my disc, STILL NOT READ. Today called, 4days later, because it still was not read. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. PS. Called & emailed under help on website. Told them I needed report fir my orthopedic appt at 8... read more
