Horrible on hold for 27 minute before getting a person, person answered and told me to hold on again. When I called the 1st time after I got a person and was converting with her she hung up in the middle of the conversation. Called back and was told they are busy. Horrible place, they also missed a cancer spot on my sisters Mamogram that Roswell also missed but was found be the third party. Spent over an hour on the phone and was hung up on again. I give up with this conglomerate meat factory.
