Security guard never their ,property manager comes and goes as he please , and just so you put 2 an 2 together both Security guard, property manager are the same person, and he is very rude.and and sarcastic, no customer service skills. Treats everybody like I'll just kick you out. Has literally admitted to people and warned them. Don't try me i know bikers. Hello anyone have David Snyders personal Phone number ? He owes my mother 25,000 of the trailer she left him due to personal reasons she couldn’t sell on her own, she left him my phone number and my brothers and it’s been almost 3 weeks since he sold the trailer and hasn’t called so we can collect my mothers money. I left him a very explicit note more than a week ago and still no answer I call day after day and no answer, on two occasions he hung up the phone and he’s never there

My husband and I bought a mobile home here after being told the manager (David Snyders) would help if we ever wanted to rent or sell it. We later invested about $20,000 in renovations. When we began the process of moving and asked to rent the home, David initially agreed verbally but later refused to approve the rental.
