I've lived here almost 3 years & I am very happy living here! Alexis(General Manager) has a heavy load with many apartments here, so it does sometimes take her a day or 2 to get back to you if you have any sort of issue, unless of course it's a Maintenence issue & that is handled right away! She is very kind, courteous & goes the extra mile to ensure our complex is clean, quiet & safe! She is very knowledgeable & does a very good job in my opinion! I had an appointment I came to my appointment and no one answered the door. I looked in the window seeing the TV was on, so I assume someone was still there. It was very hot outside so I called in and left a message and said I’ll be sitting in my car because it’s hot outside. I figured maybe they walked away from their desk or something.
