Tech communicated well, worked efficiently
So I called on the second, the lady had told me that they would be here on the third around noon to install my windshield, I told her that I needed to be in Louisiana, so I'll just rent a car and go to Louisiana in a rental for when I get back, I had to be in south. Texas on Monday. I got home Sunday morning to leave to go to south Texas, and the windshield was still in the same shape.It was when I busted it, so Monday i called the office, the lady said that there was some sort of miscommunication. The whole experience from beginning to end was perfection. The office staff was quick, kind and helpful. Greg, my technician, was the best guy for the job. He arrived early, did a complete rear window replacement in record time and did it all with a smile on his face despite the scorching Texas heat. The price was just right for my struggling bank account and my truck looks better than ever!
Becky had my repairs completed in short order. The window chip was nasty for its size but very little of it could be seen after the repairs were completed. Price seemed reasonable and I left a happy customer.
Great customer service and phenomenal workmanship from start to finish. Greg and Becky were awesome!! as I had the windshield replaced on my 2014 Silverado. My go to if ever needed again in the future , also affordable. If I could give more stars , I would !!
