This is my very first time dealing with Ibrahim. Got a stone chip on windshield around 245pm on a Sunday. Called several windshield companies that said 7 days a week, 24 hours/day only to be told that they could not come out until the following day. Ibrahim called me back within 15 minutes of me leaving a voicemail and I explained to him that I was heading out of town the following morning before 8 am. He was amazing. You've got love an honest person. I reached out after what appeared to be crack showed up on my windshield. I had sent photos to him and to one other reputable company. The other company told me it was irreplaceable and would cost me hundreds of dollars. He told me that it was residue and not a crack and even assuaged my guilt when I felt incredibly stupid. I really hope not to need this service for a long time, but I know my first call when I do.
