You've got love an honest person. I reached out after what appeared to be crack showed up on my windshield. I had sent photos to him and to one other reputable company. The other company told me it was irreplaceable and would cost me hundreds of dollars. He told me that it was residue and not a crack and even assuaged my guilt when I felt incredibly stupid. I really hope not to need this service for a long time, but I know my first call when I do.

I got a rock thrown at my windshield and got a really bad crack in it. I was really upset because I got quotes for windshield replacement at several places for $1000 or more and the earliest appointment I could get was for two days later. Ibrahim was recommended to me by a friend of mine and his quote was much lower than the others I received, AND he was available the next day to replace the windshield. Only took an hour to do. Ibrahim accommodated my tight schedule, on the day windshield was chipped I called him after 9pm that night, met him next morning at 7:45am. He fixed windshield chip in about 15 minutes, making the car ready before 2 hour trip to another city. He asked for the pictures of the chip to ensure it was fixable before setting up the appointment. The price was reasonable especially considering the urgent care I received. Thank you and appreciate the professionalism.
