I just went and used their car wash. Was in the car wash maybe a minute and it stopped. Sat there for about 5-10 minutes it the car wash with it not moving. No one came out to fix it. Finally just drove out and went to a different car wash. I was very disappointed because I paid for the $10 car wash and then had to go somewhere else and get another car wash done.
I had an issue with one of the automatic car wash and the owner messaged me right back and took care of the issue. Perfect customer service.
Had an issue with a vacuum and messaged them and within 5 minutes they responded and resolved the issue. Pretty awesome customer service!!!
The owner is rad!!! (And he knows some pretty good jokes to entertain you)
