I asked to have a windshield replaced and to have it tinted before they replaced the windshield. I went to pick it up after 5 hours in which they said would take 2 hours and never called me to tell me it was finished. The windshield wasn't even tinted, so I had to bring it back another day to get the tint, but upon looking at my windshield, they had damaged the side of my car, taking the windshield out all the way to the metal. Took Jeep windshield frame there and had window installed
Pretty bad experience. First I gave them all the information about the car only for them to order the wrong part. After a month or so no calls or messages with updates about the part. I had to call them every time to get an update. I got tired of waiting and decided to get the part on my own and within 2 days I got the part so that they would install it. Installation was fast but they did leave a bunch of broken glass from the old part in my car. Which I think is very unprofessional. Overall I do not recommend this place. Yo... read more
Had me waiting around for a hole day, then we decided to get my truck serviced till the following day, was kinda mad but came back early the following morning and got it done as soon as I got there, wasn't in 30 minutes how I was told but they did start working on it as soon as I got there, Great service overall I'd say just the first day was a bit hectic!!
Brought my car in without an appointment. I had a small rock chip that I wanted to have repaired. When I arrived there were already 3 or 4 other customers in the waiting room but the team gladly looked at my rock chip and said they could fix it. Despite the several other customers they had my in and out right around an hour and the results were great. I would absolutely bring my car back for future windshield repairs
