Came in on a Thursday to have boat numbers made. They promised to have them done Friday. Said they would call. No call. Called on Monday and nobody knew anything, even though the guy wrote everything down in front of me. Then they said they would be done that afternoon. Surprise, surprise, they weren't done when my husband stopped to pick them up on Tuesday. THEN, they still messed up the decals. NEVER GOING BACK. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had an appointment that I had to schedule out for over a month, I got there on the day and they said, Oh our tint guy is out of town, you'll have to reschedule. I didn't receive a call, nothing. My wife was supposed to leave town the day before this appointment for a week, but I had her reschedule that since I had to wait so long to get into this place. So, now I've scheduled a tint appointment with TIntmasters in Grand Forks, who I'm sure does a better job anyways, and for cheaper.
