Outstanding family run business with excellent staff who go out of their way to ensure quality workmanship I have a Isuzu truck and they always have stock to ensure I am able to get on the road A family owned business that have been long term Territorians
It was kind of them to vacuum the floor of the vehicle. But didn't make up for stranding us in a ghastly cafe they dropped us off at. I wrongly assumed they would pick is up when the vehicle was ready. Instead they didn't ring as promised and left us to walk the km and a half back in the Darwin heat. I am elderly walk with a limp and a stick. They have no understanding of how to treat elderly or indigenous clients. They had no genuine empathy instead brushed off our experience with a glib reply. Left passenger side door window replaced. Picked up to find the window was taped in place and told not to use for 24 hrs. Once 24 hrs had expired, found the window would not wind up or down completely. Returned vehicle two days later , only to be told that it was worn out and needed replacement. At know stage was I notified that this was the case and given advise on what to do about the situation . Very unhappy with communication and service
These guys are a bunch of legends, if you’re unlucky enough to need a windscreen fixed or replaced I’d recommend going here, we were traveling from WA and they managed to fit us in for a replacement and a week later for another chip. 10/10
