Absolutely horrible customer service. Needed a custom size right angle shade - sent in drawing w/dimensions. It took a week to get a response with the excuse that their communications including their phones were not working. Eventually get a call back after leaving countless messages from "Jason". He wasnt able to get me a quote and was to call back the next day. Still have not heard back. There are too many other companies to choose from to put up with this BS. Avoid this business unless you want over the top frustration.

Had an AMZN LTL pickup here. Checked in, manager took picture of pickup numbers had me dock right away. Then completely ignored me, time passed I went and spoke with loader to see what had happend, why havent i been loaded?Just to find out manager had left and ignored the driver that was there to pickup their merchandise. Loader took over and loaded me up right away, but what kind of service is this?
