Rent raised every year and this year no amenities
BUYER BEWARE OF THIS MOBILE HOME PARK...This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had living in this park. I have never dealt with a more disrespectful and unprofessional realtor before in my life. The welcoming committee was made up of drunk neighbors and then was informed that a homeless man was decapitated in the woods behind the house a few years before. This has got to be the worst of Sarasota. I moved here 4 years ago. My welcome to the community was an eviction notice because the office forgot to process my auto deduction from bank account. Tonight I get home and whoever trimmed the palm trees thought it would be okay to just leave the branches in my front yard. The entrance lights have been out for weeks. But don't worry, they will raise your lot ren't every year.
