Cornelia is an incredible therapist. She gets to the root of the issue and use DBT skills, CBT, and the Color Code Personality system in a very effective way. She is also a spirit filled woman who brings a holistic understanding of mental health. As someone working and growing through BPD, I feel very supported and understood. If I could give winds of liberty more than 5 stars I would, especially Cornelia. I have been seeing her for almost 5 years now and I can confidently say that she has changed my life for the better. She is the most incredible person and therapist. She cares so deeply for her clients and you will always feel safe with her. Everyone who works at winds of liberty are all so accepting and welcoming. It is definitely a place you want to come back to. I couldn’t recommend it more.
