I absolutely LOVE Winds of Change! I can stay in there for hours because the energy is phenomenal and the customer service is incredible. They have the hottest trends in fashion and carry the best gifts.
Beautiful boutique! When I am visiting family in the area, it's always fun to stop by and see their new styles and displays.

Fantastic experience. Came in and was assisted by both of the managers. I was even offered a glass of wine while I shopped around. Very unique assortment of clothing and home furnishings. 10% discount was offered for customer appreciation day. Best local shopping experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend this store, and nearby Gypsy Sole (which is under the same management)!

I am a loyal customer and normally shop at the Hudson store. I traveled 30 minutes to Chagrin to get a specific necklace that they only sell at the Chagrin store to be turned down by the worker for closing 45 minutes early. When looking at hours online they said they were open until 8 pm when arriving at 6:15 the working said she was living early and closing. Missed sale, unhappy customer.
