I appreciated the staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. What stood out the most for me was Dr Sarah. She was compassionate and seemed to genuinely like my dog. She examined Mo and gave me options instead of pressuring me and guilting me to spend perhaps unnecessary money for tests, and procedures which was my recent experience with the last clinic.
Everyone at Windrush are so warm and caring. They are very accommodating when special circumstances arise. When it comes to test results and decisions that need to be made they dont take advantage of you like other places. They are honest and trustworthy. Wouldn't trust any other vet like them.
