Sam was great he came with knowledge of the local market as he is a local and is passionate about helping both sellers and buyers moving into his local community. He was honest and upfront with potential timeframes and not just hey we will sell it for you in 2 weeks. Now I am in the market to buy again I will certainly be leaning on him for advice and he was very open to helping even if its through another agent, if it means I find the right place for me.
Kate and Graham from Windrose were excellent and achieved an outstanding result for us. My Parents, who are 80 years old were wanting to sell the family home to move into a retirement village. Kate & Graham were great in the way they dealt with my Parents, and they were able to achieve the best sale price possible for my Parents, higher than what we had expected.
