I came here for the first time after going to the one on Epler for a while. I called ahead of time when arranging my appointment and was told by whoever scheduled me that they would change my chart in preparation so I can be seen at Trafalgar. When I got there, I waited an hour in the waiting room because these women at the front desk are incompetent and clearly did not make the proper preparations/corrections for me. I will never go there again, I’ve never been so angry with a doctor I walked out on them before but today was the day. I called prior to make sure they would treat me the day of my appt with meds for my testosterone issue if I brought my 3-4 day old lab work in I was told yes that’s no issue, even though I’ve been on this medication before the male doctor wasted my time and had zero compassion for how miserable I am. A lot of terrible doctors here. But Miss. Martin takes the cake on the absolute worse. Never in my life have I had a women put me thru the ringer just because she can and judge me based on absolutely nothing but her own opinion on me. Never tried to help me matter of fact gave me horrible advice more than one time. Hopefully she doesn’t have anyone else to do that to but I promise this she will get back everything she does to good people.
