Great customer service. Their rates are always some of the lowest unlike other companies.
I’ve used Windrose Energy at two of my most recent apartments. The first go around was great. I leased in November of 2020, was able to get a great rate, no issues! I moved to a new apartment in November of 2021, and I opened a new account with them. I was on a 12 month fixed plan. In February of 2022, they stopped servicing my state. I signed a 3 year contract for electricity. As prices started to go up they transferred out of the contract. I had to find another supplier and paying much more now.
Had great rates and no issues and my account was transferred.
I use this vendor for a small apartment that is semi-detached from my home. The apartment is 500 square feet. It has been empty for several years with nothing on in the apartment, no lights on. My bill is normally $25 per month. This month it was over $90. For what reason? Nothing has changed about the lack of usage. Windrose is going out of business. Just ripping people off for a hard finish?
