I would like to let everyone know to be careful of this community. It is run by a team that does not care about the tenants and they will screw you out of every dime they can. They took my deposit, they lied to me multiple times and because i did not get it in writing i am the one who is at fault. So be careful they will tell you what they want and give you nothing they stated.
Called around 2:30p.m to let the office know that my a/c isn't working. I see it's 5 o'clock and no one has showed. Called at 5:05 and even though the office closes at 6, apparently the maintenance men leave at 5 and can't come. Even though by their standards this is an "emergency" request and the request was put in nearly 3 hours ago. So here I am nearly 8 months pregnant with a 2 year old and it's 80 fuckin degrees in my apartment and climbing. This apartment is such bullshit.
