This place has been avoiding getting back to us about the refund they owe us. We have contacted the property manager through email and phone. Next step is to get the authorities involved.
We’ve lived at windridge for 2 years now and the management when we got here was not near as amazing as it is now. Our current property manager is phenomenal!!! she truly cares about the residents and the needs of the community! There have been more positive changes in the last 6 months than we’ve seen the whole time we’ve been here! and to be completely honest, only reason we’re staying another year is because of the property manager and maintenance supervisor!!! Both of them are amazing!!
