This place was in disarray when I moved in. They falsely state new carpets and the place we moved into was dirty, the carpets were stained and it had not been cleaned. Then I gave these guys notice in March of my move in early June and because I couldn’t give an exact day until April they charged me over $1,000 for improper move notice 90 days in advance. I would stay as far away from this place as possible. They have new management but a terrible management company like Ackerman group who insisted my notice wasn’t good enou... read more

Excellent location. Me, my wife, and baby just moved in and we are very happy with everything. Great, responsive staff. Townhomes are very nice. Would recommend to anyone looking to live in Florence, KY.
