I've lived here for years, and sadly, the experience has gone downhill over time before i decided to move out. What used to be a decent place to live has turned into a frustrating mess where maintenance issues are rarely handled promptly, and management seems uninterested in resident concerns. Let's get to it. This place is pretty fantastic! Overall, our experience has been pretty good so far. We have been in our unit since Oct 2024 and have enjoyed it for the most part. Coming from the DC area and the apartments there, this place is top notch. To help I will do a quick pros and cons list. Pros: - Spacious Townhome: The layout is great and having a ground-level patio where I can use my own grill is a big plus. Over price, and they won’t let maintenance do their job. It takes like weeks to get stuff fix.
I’m just mad because I have to watch shows on my phone for a week because I have to use their internet. But their internet wasn’t ready for me because the old tenant still had it in their name.
