We worked with Brian Homan when we received the estimate for our windows. We interviewed 3 other companies and decided to go with them because of their expertise and communication. Brian was upfront, honest and knew how to work with the My Safe Fl Home program. From initial meeting to completion took about a year. But this was not because of Windpact. i had this company install doors at my home several years ago. one of the front double doors was difficult to open. i called in the am and before noon an employee came and remedied the problem. what company does that? an excellent one-that's who. Kudos to them.

He goes above and beyond the call to ensure the customers are taken care of and in our case it involved repeated visits and phone calls to make sure everything was done properly.
