I'm still waiting from December 2024 for the job to be completed by WindowWall. Initially, they ordered the wrong glass sliding door and wanted to charge me an upcharge because of their error. I asked them if I asked for a keyed glass sliding door and they placed the order, why would I be responsible for the upcharge? I didn't enter the order in their system. Now I get a call on March 4, 2025, saying the panel for the glass sliding door will not be in until April 1st. When I was told on February 6, it would be 3 to 4 weeks. ... read more
We are less than half done with a three day install and unfortunately this is the third day. We had two windows moved and remounted and tomorrow we will have three more remounted, so five out of ten will be redone so far…
The gentlemen are so nice and very professional. Got to work quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. The only reason I gave four stars is that the wrong front entry door was delivered. Fortunately they had me check the door before starting the install. I’m not sure how long it will take for the correct door to be made, but I trust that Window & Wall will take care. Things happen and I’m not worried.
