Exactly completed work as detailed in the invoice/contract. Team came on time and finished on time. All were very professional especially the foreman who saw to it that all work was high quality finish with no mess to clean up after. Sales person was highly respectful of my needs and gave us competitive pricing for large front door, patio sliding door and 4 basement windows. Quality of all items is excellent and hardware was equally good quality. I would recommend WindowTech to my family and friends without any reservations.

I wasn’t involved in the sales but the installers were very rude and even took a couple of opportunities to yell at me. They left debris, nails, empty caulking tubes, broken glass and nails all over. Did not clean the frames or glass. Ruined a brand new paint job on the front door and were just simply unprofessional particularly the bald gentleman who seemed to be in charge.
