No respect for time. As I work from home I made an appointment with the sales manager Alex Sendsen for 2pm. He arrived at 2:25. As I have other responsibilities during the day - which is why we made a 2pm appointment - I was unable to see him. I understand running behind but would strongly suggest calling your customer and advising them of your delay in the future both out of respect and so that the customer is not wasting time waiting and can then reshuffle their appointments, if required, to make the appropriate time. Today we had our house front door replaced. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From the first meeting at our home, we knew that we had made the right decision.
