So I don't know how their window service is, but their holiday light service is not good. They don't call back when you leave messages nor do they show up on time. The guy had to come back three times just to realize that the lights kept going out because he had to many lights going to one power cord. I gave then two stars because the lights were nice when they worked but I will not be using them next year.

These guys were great! They were on time and did an awesome job on all of my windows. I will certainly use them again.
