I don't think I've ever had such a good experience with home repair or construction. Alex, Leon, and the entire team was professional, kind, communicated well, and worked in a timely manner. Six window replacements. Leon showed up promptly, which I appreciate. He was friendly and kind. Within one minute of seeing my faulty windows, he informed me that the high quality manufacturer had a lifetime and transferrable guarantee. I should be able to get the problem fixed for free. He also gave me a "plan B" solution to replace just the glass (rather than the entire windows), which would be much more economical that what I had presented him.
