I needed a window blind repaired, turned out it was not difficult to do. They showed me how to fix the problem and even gave me the replacement part and did not charge me anything. Very nice and professional staff, I wish I can give them more than 5 stars!
Stellar. My experience with my recent purchase was excellent. There was a slight issue with the blinds and the store jumped right on it and ordered a replacement the same day. I'd definitely recommend this business.
2 people working. Both unwilling to help find a similar wallpaper to a sample picture I had in hand. Instead sat and conversed about a personal conversation loudly while I was openly asking for assistance.
The existing blinds in our picture window would not raise or lower. Windows Walls and More shared that the blinds were purchased at their store in 2008. The blinds needed to be restrung. I’m in awe of the customer service and appreciate the workmanship. The blinds look brand new! Thank you for helping us save our blinds.
