Windows Unlimited burned us, will never go with this company again. We ordered 4 windows to be done in May 2013. The windows were partially installed in October 2013. One casement window opened up the wrong way and one window was scratched up on the casing. Mark kept telling us he would re-order the window that opened up wrong, but after months of calling and taking vacation days for them to come out they would never show up, saying we wrote down the wrong date or saying the window had not come in yet. Do not deal with Windows unlimited. You will regret it. We have been dealing with them for over a year now. We still have no window and no doors. We were promised a refund and only received a portion of our money. As of July 2013, almost one year after we placed our order, we still didn't have our final refund of $1000 so we filed a claim at our local magistrates office . He never appeared in court, so we won the judgment, but the judge told us there's nothing they can do to get our money. Mark still has $1000 of our money!!... read more
