I left this for a long time because the sales sides was what I dreaded. That part turned into nothing. The estimator was through, went through the house, and left me with a written number and no follow up pressure. CS Pro Window Replacement did not Call me once between the quote and my own decision to go ahead. When I did call, the price was what it had been. Install ran over several days with everything shut up each night. They were careful with an old floor that marks if you look at it wrong. Every window works, the locks l... read more

first thing that stood out was they actually showed up on time to measure, which after dealing with other contractors was a nice change. we replaced all the windows in the house. the guy who came to quote didnt rush and explained the options without making it confusing. day of the install, the team was organized, knew the work inside out. took two days. the new windows look clean and the whole house feels less drafty already. they talked me through how everything worked before leaving. good process from the quote all the way... read more

Had CS Pro do all the windows in our two story. The new ones look so much sharper than what we had before, the frames are slimmer so we actually get more light in the kitchen and living room. They picked a style that matched the house instead of just defaulting to whatever was easiest. Sliders in the bedrooms glide really easy now, no more fighting to get them open in the summer. The look of the house from the street is just a different thing.

They replaced every window in the house which ended up being 18 tot... read more

CS Pro replaced all the windows in our house and it was a solid experience. Scheduling was easy and they were flexible with our availability. The crew that came out was professional and kept the work area clean throughout the day. What I notice most is how much less outside noise gets in now. We live near a busier road and the old single-pane windows basically let everything through. The new ones have made a real difference in how the house sounds and feels. Pricing was fair and there were no surprise charges at the end.
