Update: After Philip's thoughtful and professional response, I took the opportunity to speak with him more about my experience. He's a class act and was very receptive to my feedback. The way he runs his business is refreshing and I would have no issue using Window's Plus in the future as I fully expect these issues would not occur again. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but the service fell short in the aggregate. I will start by saying, my windows are extremely clean, probably more so than they've ever been even when new. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The technicians were to arrive at 1 o’clock. They did not arrive until 3:20. They were to clean my sunroom windows and my arc windows.. When they were not satisfaction cleaned, they told me my windows were damaged, and that was the best they could do. My arc Windows are cloudy and worse than They were to begin with. The owner adjusted my bill to cover only the cleaning of the sunroom windows. I was very disappointed in the quality of their service.

I would definitely recommend Windows Plus to get your windows sparkling clean in no time. The crew was punctual and very professional. This was my first time using Windows Plus and I will be using in the future. Excellent job!
