I'm sorry to say I had originally given 5 stars because when the crew told me they were done with the window cleaning I looked at a few of the windows and found the frames and slides had not been scrubbed or cleaned so I asked the cleaning crew if they would be sure to go through all the windows once more and I believed them when they told me they were all done, Unfortunately, when the weather started to cool down enough for us to start opening the windows we found just about all the windows had never been scrubbed or remove... read more

When it comes to 5* businesses, Windows Plus sits at the top. I initially spoke with the owner - a rarity nowadays. He was professional and showed immediate interest in having us as his customer. The 5*star service continued throughout the entire interaction with this company. His office personnel immediately followed up when he passed my info to her, and the same with his staff that arrived to complete the service request. Windows Plus is an awesome group of people. Everyone I've dealt was professional and respectful. Did I mention they do a fantastic job too. It's so nice to look out clean windows. They also cleaned our gutters and pressure washed our house. My mother started using them 15+ years ago and I have continued to use them.
